With 30+ years of hands-on construction experience, Andrew leads site execution for Lake Willie Reserve as licensed General Contractor. His track record spans high-value residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.
Mark oversees the physical and regulatory transformation of Lake Willie Reserve from raw land to mixed-use community, with deep expertise spanning pre-development through vertical coordination.
Kara Skelley brings senior-level expertise in regulatory coordination and stakeholder management to the Lake Willie Reserve development team. She plays a pivotal role in navigating the complex landscape of municipal relationships, interagency compliance, and funding alignment — ensuring the project remains on track from an entitlement and financing perspective.
